Kohl's Policies and Management

I am frustrated about being held responsible for information I don't have. An personal example would be regarding the recent change in receiving vacation pay. I did not know about the change until I received my short paycheck. Professionally I am a great sales person and always go out of my way to help our customers. Recently I found myself following the store manager because floor did not have the sales ad the customer was looking for. I think better communication from management would benefit both customers and employees.
