I made a purchase on 3/28/15, I spent $60.18. When I took the items home I decided to try them on. Didn't really like one of the dresses so I decided to take it back on 3/29/15 to exchange it for another size. Didn't find the same dress in my size so I selected another dress and it was $2 less in price. Customer service told me I could not do an exchange because it was different in price. So she return it and she made a new purchase. By doing that it cancelled my kohls cash. I was told by customer service that they could not do anything. I'm so annoyed by this that I'm NOT going back there EVER again and I'm canceling my credit card.
