kohl's return policy - pajamas


I received a Christmas gift from out of state. The item did not fit, so I looked online and found nothing I wanted. I took the gift to Kohl's and my options were they would credit the sender's account or I could have a store credit. I do not care for Kohl's and seldom shop there so a store credit was useless. Kohl's credited the senders card and I left with nothing. No Christmas gift nothing. When I called to complain, I was hung up on by Frank and when I called back I was basically told yes, that's pretty bad no gift, but those are our rules.

I have a Kohl's credit card that hasn't been used in, I don't know how long, so I closed the card.

You will take my Christmas present and give me nothing. Hello Scrooge.
