I usually have good experiences at Kohl's with the exception of Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the Edwardsville, Illinois location. I was considering purchasing a pair of earrings. I asked the sales associate, named Sybill in Jewelry to check this clearance item's price to see if it had been lowered. She ignorantly hollered and said "No." I asked her again. She became agitated and verbally combative as she yelled "No" again, I will not Check! Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and despicable. She continued her tirade of disrespect as she rolled her eyes at us. She apparently has a problem with treating the public with integrity and respect and because of such a negative, appalling behavior, it is a store I will cross off my list. I will not make purchases at this store's jewelry department. She was simply lousy and awful and deserves a rating of zero, the lowest rating possible.
