Bad Customer Service
This is about the kohl's in eureka, ca and unfortunately the only one there. I went earlier today and picked out some men clothing and junior clothing since I had coupons for them. I was ready to check out and went to the nearest register which was the jewelry register. It was not busy at all and when the lady ranged me up (she wasnt friendly to begin with and had an attitude face) I told her I had a screen shot of 15% off digital coupon and of other coupons from kohl's wallet app so she gave me that annoyed face and scanned that one and then as I was searching for my other ones in my photo file, she impatiently ask me what I was looking for and I told her I had a coupon for men clothing and one for junior clothing so when I found the men clothing coupon, I showed it to her and she just snatched my phone from me without asking and scrolled through my photos for a good 30 seconds and said to me that she's not going to take it unless i print it out. I don't get why I have to print them out if they are meant to be digital coupons for a reason. Anyway, I left the things and debating if I should just print my coupons out and go back for the items. At the same time I don't want to anymore because she was so rude.
