horrible nightmare expericence caused by the worst in the world cashier altitude
I guess your bad employee is ruining your image intentionally and expressing thei discontent over the poor customers.
One of your employee (name Rachel), intentionally talk really loud to embarass me whel I used a card whihc was closed due to inactive for moe than 3 years.
I told her that this card was not able to bring up ubsing my SSN the previous night and an new account was opened. Thhis cool rachel still continuing calling your main office to check upon my DL, addr, etc in a very loud voice whihc caught at lease 100 customer''s attentions around the store.
I only received inrespect and arragont manner during entire checkou but check the voice down after I told her I would report her to manager.
Hopre your notorous reputation will get better.
