Bad management and employees!
The Kohl's store i worked at in philadelphia, pa is unprofessional and disorganized ! They don't properly train their new hires, co workers are rude, and management doesn't care about their employees. The staff is ghetto too! There's lots of favoritism going on there, and only the favorites get more hours. Don't bother talking to the management about a personal matter or questions about your work cause they aren't helpful, will embarrass you or intimidate you! The pay also sucks for the amount of work you do. This place is such a toxic environment to work at and they seem to run a lot of people out the door or they get transferred. Don't work here!
