Favoritism at Olean NY kohls is a huge problem but that is not the ethics and policy violation. Logan Putt(a manager) and Her best friend Amber Hannon both have been posting kohls clothes for sale on online garage sales on Facebook for a profit, clothes that they originally purchased with their employee discounts. This issue was brought to some managers and they stated it was clearly a violation of the kohls employee policy and they said to bring it to the store managers attention. Once it was brought to the store manager, Tommi Shaw, she simply stated she didn't see what the big deal was and that it wasn't a problem or violation at all. Logan is Tommis favorite so she continues to get away with anything. Logan has spoken openly and out loud in detail about her sex life around at least 6 other employees when she was supposed to be an overnight manager that night, but she didn't get in trouble for that disturbing act of sexual harassment just like she has not gotten in trouble for causing loss to kohls by reselling clothes that she bought with her employee discount, same with Amber. Logan also spreads demeaning rumors about many employees and treats the ones she does not like terribly. If Logan or tommi likes you, life at kohls is easy and you get many yes you dids and can basically cause any loss to kohls that you want and make it a hostile work environment and get away with it. Other employees have gotten fired on unawareness of certain policies yet Logan and Amber both recently attended a training on ethics stating the violation of resale kohls clothes. Yet they both are selling their clothes and profiting continuing to cause a loss to kohls but getting away with it since Logan is Tommis pet and Amber is Logan's best friend. It's high frustrating that such can be gotten away with just because of who you know. It is unethical and the fact that she is still working and working as a manager is lacking professional integrity to say the least. Hope something is actually done by a boss of Tommis because other employees are very sick of seeing the form of theft and nothing being done about it
"Thanks MeasuredUp for helping solve my customer service complaint. The company I reviewed saw my complaint and contacted me to solve it. I like MeasuredUp better then Twitter because I could get into detail about my complaint." Lila C.
