Kohls: Employee inability to see if they are on Stock - FitBit Charge HR


This has happened on several occasions (especially in the shoe department). I'll ask for an item and they will scan the code and immediately look up and say they don't have it in stock. I understand that there are times when items are absolutely out of stock, but this has happened to me on too many occasions! Today I'm too annoyed to not write a post about this.

I was seeking for the Fitbit and was told by the woman at customer service that they didn't have them in stock. She as nice about it, but what bothered me was the fact that she didn't bother looking on the computer or anything. I had already looked online before going and upon arriving home, and according to their website they have limited amounts! So, I called again to see if by any chance I could place it on hold. I assume that it was the same woman, because she said the same exact thing, "we're receiving a shipment tomorrow". Now here I am feeling a little embarrassed. Sigh, I guess I'll be waiting until tomorrow to see if that shipment actually does arrive.
