Kohl's rebate owed: $300. Koh'ls rebate sent: $120! - Toastmaster items- hand mixer, mini chopper, 1.5 slow cooker, 2 slice toaster, mini blender,
I cannot get a hold of a real person in order to get the $180 owed to me by Kohl's rebates. I ordered five different items and ordered five of each (total of 25 items as allowed) with a $12 rebate for each item. I did everything correctly- sent all UPC's, filled out form, on time with dates, sent to right address, etc.
Months later I receive only $120 instead of $300. I call Kohl's and get number for rebate center, but cannot speak to a person. I call Kohl's back and they say Toastmaster has to handle it because they are the manufacturer. I call Toastmaster and they are no longer Toastmaster but Select Brands. They give me the number for the Kohl's rebate center saying it is Kohl's responsibility!! Help!
