I've been a customer of Kohl's Hamden since they opened in 2000 and I have always been happy with the service I recieved and the quality of the merchandise until I enountered the new store manager, I think her name is Jennifer or Jessica? Let me just say she talks down to her employees and makes them feel stupid. I was in line which was fairly long (to be expected this time of year). She made one of her employees get off the register and get someone else because they were going 'too slow'. How embarrassing? I just feel so bad for the people that work there. Everyone has always been so friendly and still are but you can notice they aren't truly happy. I wonder why? I don't this manger is suited for retail, or she at least needs to learn how to talk to her people!
