Selling defective and returned items as new? - kitchen aid mixer appliance
I have some holiday magic to report, after giving a kitchen aid mixer appliance as a Christmas gift to my wife, the box was not new, it was taped shut and all the insides were a mess, the power cord was wrapped around the unit and the instruction manual was all bent up into the fold of the box, it was as if someone else opened the unit and then returned the appliance; which was then shipped to me online, = in other words if it was not new, then it was used!!!
Now here is the REAL magic part... since your online services has ruined my christmas, in return I'm closing my account ASAP and my wife is closing her account also and we both are "disappearing," never to shop at this place again!!!

Since your website will not allow me to post a review of the ANY OF THE products and your emails from "customer service" is not offering the reason why after requesting a reason why, then Ill post my review here so folks can see a possible reason why!!
