kohls cash - Poor choice in customer loyalty program
I'm sorry, but this whole thing with the switching back and forth as to whether or not Kohls is/is not accepting expired Kohls cash is ridiculous. Coupons expire. I get that. I don't consider this a coupon. I consider it a reward for loyal customers, who choose to frequent Kohls over any other generic national chain. A reward that expires is no reward at all, in my opinion. I currently have a $60 "reward" sitting here on my counter that expired a week ago, and is going in trash because I can't stand to look at it. Kohls corporate, I think you need to take a second look at your updated policy on this, before we all choose to go back to Target or Old Navy- all of which, btw, are now on equal levels with your stores since your clothing quality has completely gone down the drain in recent months. I myself, consider your clothing to be average-at best. Which is why I only buy my kids clothes there and nothing for myself nor my husband. They are kids, they are ok with pilling and weird shrinking/stretching patterns in clothes they will outgrow or ruin by being kids. I am not ok with "disposable clothing". Thanks for the reward, but I think I'll shred my Kohl's card now.
