When I got engaged, everyone insisted that we register at Khols because of the fact that most people have access to a store. I did not really want to register there, but for the sake of my family members that would ultimately be purchasing me gifts, I went ahead and registered there. I figured it would make it easier on my family members, and that since it is such a huge chain, the registry process would be easy. This couldn't be further from the truth. In october, I went to the khols in Owensboro, KY and could not get the kiosk to work. It kept saying that my email was invalid. I stood in line at customer service for about 30 minutes, only to be told that they couldn't help me because they were busy, and that maybe I should just register online. Besides being rude, it was terrible advice. The online registry gave me problems too, and I was unable to create my registry. So, a few months later I revisited my store and thought that we had worked out the problems after an associate manually entered all our info into the computer behind the desk. I spent 2 hours adding things to my registry. A few weeks later, I began getting calls from family members saying that they could not find my registry. I tried to manage my registry online, to see what they were talking about, but couldn't pull it up. So, I went back into the store. I was told that something had happened and that my registry had gotten lost in the system. I started from scratch and registered again, trying to find the items my fiancé and I took so long picking out. When we uploaded it into the stores computer, somehow my old registry was "found". I was so frustrated. After all this, my family members that purchased items off the registry were told that they would not take the items off my registry and suggested they call me to have me take them off myself. I ended up getting multiples of many items. I went into my store again to update the registry, and thought everything was worked out. Today I found out that everything on my registry has been duplicated, and the amounts are all wrong. I still cannot access my account online. I am 7 weeks away from my wedding.
