Don't order online! Ordered St. Nicholas Square holiday decor on 11/21/14. Fast email responses on order with shipping email sent on the 24th. Great, so I thought. Email stated items to arrive by 11/30 through 12/3. Nothing has arrived. According to web site items are not to be charged until shipped. Card charged the 21st. Email did not contain tracking number, weird. Wait until the 3rd to contact CS. Outsourced to a foreign nation with unacceptable response of it s a possibility that items did not ship. Also threatened me that I was I was breaking the law. What law did I break, Sharia law that the U.S. does not recognize? Really for sharing my displeasure to a man, really? Told him to F off and hung up the phone, his name was "Charles". Yeah right. I then forwarded shipping email with synopsis to customer service. Received auto reply with case number stating contact within one business day. Time elapsed with no contact. Called and was informed item is no longer available and they will refund my card in 7 business days. That really upset me as they had no problem billing before they should but takes 7 days to run a credit. If I went in there store and took something without paying I would be charged with theft. This is theft too, what do I get in return? I get to grab my ankles while they hold on to my money for over 3 weeks. Bad business practices to say the least. Been shooping with them since their inception. Will take my $$$$ somewhere else.
