My order shipped with wrong color and the other pair not shipped at all

My name is Angela.....I ordered two pair of Nike shorts for my son for school...I received one pair which was the wrong color and the other white pair was never shipped..Kohls response was to return shorts back to my local Kohls to be credited and that they would have to open an investigation on the other pair before I receive my money back on card....I called several times to correct problem and absolutely nothing was done....customer service showed me no interest in my problem and that's very upsetting...as a result I have no shorts and empty promises...oh yeah they offered me to pay for shorts a second time and get free shipment.....wow what a disaster.....very very unhappy customer!!!!!
