Kohls cheats and doesn't honor MICHIGAN STATE SCANNER LAW - Bath Rug item #400935265046

We purchased two bath rugs the sticker said, save 90% $4.90 we were charged $11.99. Since we've attempted to resolve with the cashier, manager in charge Cyndi, and their main office complaint number for Kohls (1-800-9815-6457). Kohls recommended return the item for refund then repurchase. We don't want to drive back to Kohls 20 min, waste gas and then get the run around. We bought the item because we wanted it.
