Employee attitude - refund


The lady at customer service with the namebadge of Paulette Bonner has definitely an attitude problem. She started by just staring at the customers. No greeting, no smiles. The 1st question she asked was "What are we doing here?" instead of "how can I help you?" When I pushed the bag closer for her to see, she refused to look into it and just asked "how many (pieces) are you getting refunded?" Why am I made to feel that I did something wrong and that I was a very unwelcome customer there? I hope it's not because of my skin color. Report Dec. 30, 2008.

I am upset with Kohl's department store. I explained to Kohl's that I could only afford to pay 86.32 and that I could not afford the full balance (+200.00) They took the 86.32, for the minimum payment***authorized, and then they 223 (???) on June 1 or the 2nd. I told them that since my account was paid I was willing to accept 86 + 2 overdraft fee (34 each)...I explained to them the urgency that the longer my account stayed negative after 8 days I will be charged 5.00 each. I would have been negative but I had an overdraft protection that would had covered all the checks that were authorized. Instead resolving this issue..I received no check...the checks that were suppose had been paid was not...they shift the blame on me...and they decreased my credit limit from 200 to 100.00. Worst of all I am now pushing over 700.00 negative balance and I am still being charged 5.00 each day. This was my grandson's account and by the time he gets his allotment I will be using that full 900.00 to pay off a debt that was my fault and for payment that was taken without my authorization...

I am very sorry something like this happened to you. Not all customer service employees are like this. You should definitely contact the store manager and make a complaint on this associate. She should not be working with customers if she cannot follow Kohl's policies.
