    I had a pair of pull-on pants for a few months. Each time I washed them, I used the delicate cycle in a brand new washing machine, cold water, line dry. Then one day, all at once, the stitching around the entire waistband unraveled. I brought the pants back to the store - no receipt, but obviously it's their merchandise - and the employee offered me nothing.     I purchased several items in early 2016. In Feb 2016 I was issued a rebate in the form of a debit Visa card. The card had $36 available on it. Every time I tried to use the card from day one it was declined. Once at a restaurant, once shopping, once at McDonalds. No matter how they entered it and no matter if it was under $36 or not it declined.   • Kohl's rebate owed: $300. Koh'ls rebate sent: $120!



    I cannot get a hold of a real person in order to get the $180 owed to me by Kohl's rebates. I ordered five different items and ordered five of each (total of 25 items as allowed) with a $12 rebate for each item.     I ordered an electronic item for door buster sale to also get Kohl's cash. order went through with confirmation number, Kohl's cash was e-mailed.     I had my rebate all set to go when the dog grabbed it. The text on the receipt with directions was ruined, but the date, purchased item and my info were clear. I wrote a note explaining, included the torn rebate receipt and the upc code. I just received an email the rebate was denied because UPC code wasn't sent (it was).   • No love felt by disabled veteran



    I am a disabled combat veteran with a service dog. I have to get most of my clothes from thrift stores. When my GF's boss and best friend of 15 yrs. suddenly pasted she gave me a coupon for $15 off (of course when you buy over 50 bucks in clothes).     Favoritism at Olean NY kohls is a huge problem but that is not the ethics and policy violation. Logan Putt(a manager) and Her best friend Amber Hannon both have been posting kohls clothes for sale on online garage sales on Facebook for a profit, clothes that they originally purchased with their employee discounts.     I made a purchase on 3/28/15, I spent $60.18. When I took the items home I decided to try them on. Didn't really like one of the dresses so I decided to take it back on 3/29/15 to exchange it for another size.     My boyfriend gave me an expensive pair of earrings for Valentine's Day that wasn't my taste, he gave me the receipt so I could pick out some other jewelry.     I have some holiday magic to report, after giving a kitchen aid mixer appliance as a Christmas gift to my wife, the box was not new, it was taped shut and all the insides were a mess, the power cord was wrapped around the unit and the instruction manual was all bent up into the fold of the box, it was as if someone else opened the unit and then returned the appliance; which was then shipped to me online, = in other words if it was not new, then it was used!!!     The Kohl's store i worked at in philadelphia, pa is unprofessional and disorganized ! They don't properly train their new hires, co workers are rude, and management doesn't care about their employees. The staff is ghetto too!     Received $60 Kohls Cash from Thanksgiving Day Sale Nov 27, 2014. Of the items I purchased was a pair of children's boots in which the zipper split and would not zip up after worn once.     Last week, Kohl%u2019s was offering a 20, 30, 40% deal online. The deal was given at checkout and mine was 40%. I placed an order that was going to cost me about $70 including sale items.     DO NOT get a credit card through Kohls. Learn from my mistake. They send estatements which I didn't notice and for my $19 purchase I ended up having $50 in late fees for it being 31 days late due to me not getting the statement.
