    Got cut-up with store doing exchange and after horrifically rude phone customer rep went back to the store to get some help, the manager couldn't wait to get me out the door and didn't care about it at all. Keep shifting me to other places and when I ask if store would assist me with getting the item, the answer was NO, and I was told that I was capable using their beautiful automated in-store kiosk.     I purchased two pieces of luggage online from Kohls for a total of nearly $400 in December 2014. It turns out the luggage wasn't exactly what my husband wanted so I returned both pieces, still in their boxes to the store.   • Wrong item sent THREE TIMES IN A ROW!



    On 8/25/14, I ordered four 54" x 63" curtain panels @ $29.99 each for a total with tax of $128.01. When the order arrived on 8/29, I discovered they sent 84" long panels even though the packing slip indicated 63". Because I do not live near a Kohl's, customer service processed a UPS return label for pick up of the four panels.     I was at Kohls on 8/7/2014 I spent $150 plus.     I went into my local Khols store and made a purchase and has 10.00 left on my gift card when I asked for the left over cash the cashier said he couldn't give it to me. I then showed him the gift card cash back law that states if there's 10 dollars or less left on a customers gift card they can get it back in cash.     I'm very upset on the xmas shipping. I placed a order on Thanksgiving day, on Dec.5 the order was shipped. I didn't receive my order to 17 days later. I would like to know where my order was for so long. You can't blame it on the weather like you said. I will be returning my order, due to it took so long.     In Oct, we ordered shoes that did not arrive as promised. Contacted customer service and was told order was lost at shipper. Original order cancelled and re-ordered. Second day received order that was overnighted. Next day received original first cancelled order. Then after calling customer service about duplicate shipment, the order was placed a third time.     I was an absolutely great employee at kohls. I was made the Home and Kids supervisor in my store in Bullhead City AZ. Any body that has shopped in the Kohls stores would know that this is a huge area. I quite often was alone in my department for most of the day, and I was never given a job description for my job.     I really like shopping at Kohls. The closest stores to me are Spartanburg, SC and Asheville, NC. The problem is that these stores are 30 to 40 miles from where I live.     I just got back from the Kohls store in Stockton CA where I was shopping the make-up counter. Not only was it ill stocked and messy, it was literally dirty. I had to blow dust off of every box I picked up in order to be able to read the label. It was ridiculous!!! On top of that, there was no kind of make-up remover on hand despite the fact that in-store testers available for sampling.     We have been into Kohls west side location in Sioux Falls, SD twice in the last week to either return or exchange a gift.     I used to be a loyal Kohl's shopper, however, after my last experience with my Kohls.com order - I probably will never spend another dime again. I received a shipment of two LEFT shoes. Those particular shoes are not available any longer, nor can Kohls guarantee they will ever be available.     I recently received my first late fee on my Kohls Charge card on an account I was unable to pay on, What Kind of Company can you not pay your balance on, in store via debit card? Kohls.     I went into kohls on 4/13 to pay my bill with a check of $479.00. The cashier only keyed a payment of $4.79 in error. I didn't look at my receipt and didn't realize the error until 4/16 when I reviewed my checking account. I called and the rep over the phone suggested I do a check by phone for the difference, I did.     I am truly dissapointed with how a online kohls order was processed with a 14.00 shipping charge. I was assured that due to the order being totaled at 93.00, I qualified for free shipping due to the free shipping amount that needed to be 75.00 or more. After I put in my 30% off coupon, my total came to 71.00, nothing indicated that I would now incur a 14.00 shipping charge, nothing at all.     I went to take advantage of sale on underwear. Found the rack for the brand I was looking for. It was a total mess. I searched both sides for 20 minutes looking for the style and size I needed.     I love shopping at kohls but the workers at store 1188 have extremely poor attitudes!!     I took my kids to the Kohl's in Canton, GA. It is pretty new and I was hoping the place would be clean. Boy, I was wrong. We walked to the toys department and we saw POOP on the floor.
