Took my merchandise, still no refund 6 months later


I purchased two pieces of luggage online from Kohls for a total of nearly $400 in December 2014. It turns out the luggage wasn't exactly what my husband wanted so I returned both pieces, still in their boxes to the store. Even though I had my original receipt, there was an issue with the return so that store manager got on the phone with corporate and asked them what to do. Corporate told her to take my luggage and they would issue a refund directly to me in 10-15 business days. So, I left my luggage there and waited. Sure enough I haven't heard anything from them so I check up in January 2015 and get a reply saying that my refund is on it's way. I check up again and again over the next few months and now it's almost June of 2015. Six months to take care of a return. Really?
