Ripped blouse
Purchased blouse on Monday evening only to put it on Friday to find the blouse ripped. Called the store to return only to find out the hassle free return works best if you charged not if customer payed cash. Go figure. My concern is with so many product check points, how do you still get stuck with damaged product.
