HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT KOH'S LOOP WEST KISSIMMEE,,FL - customer service

I JUST HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE BY THE MANAGER KEN AT THE LOOP WEST IN KISSIMMEE, FL. HE EVEN TOOK A GENERAL STANCE IN FRONT OF ME AS IF HE WAS ABOUT TO CONFRONT SOMEONE PHYSICALLY. I WAS THERE AT 12PM ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23rd 2014. YOU CAN CHECK THE STORE CAMERAS AND SEE HOW NASTY THIS MAN WAS AND HOW HE REACTED OVER A 15% DISCOUNT. I SPENT OVER $300.00 IN TWO DAYS AT THIS STORE AND WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY. MY MOTHER IS A CARDHOLDER AND A FREQUENT SHOPPER AND I WILL MAKE SURE SHE CLOSES HER ACCOUNT. I PLAN ON WRITING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT EVERY SITE POSSIBLE! I'M GOING TO BLAST IT ON FB, TWITTER AND BLOG ABOUT IT...
